Portrayal of products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate, and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours depending on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, exactly as received. You will be responsible for the costs of return. Flat-pack items have to return unused, in their original packaging and disassembled in new-condition. Made-to-order or personalized items can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty.  Refunds for these items will be issued after we have inspected the damage.  To return items, please contact us.

 

International Returns

We regret that we cannot accept international returns unless items are damaged or faulty. In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel their purchase. To return items, please contact us.

International Duties and Taxes

International buyers are responsible for sales taxes and import duties, which will vary according to the country, state or province.

Cancellation of Bespoke Products
Due to the nature of the made-to-order products, if you cancel within seven days of your payment, we may have to charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the value of the product price. No cancellations can be made after 7 days.

We don't collect any information about you except your name, phone, e-mail and address. We will never use or give your personal information to any third party.
